Story

BUPA 10K Run, London 30th May 2011.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For those that know me well for my first 20 years I was very athletic, for the following 33 years I enjoyed being a spectator. Fearing for my own health I embarked on a fitness regime which faltered more than it advanced.

Losing your mental abilities is a fear for most people especially in later years, I believe losing physical atributes but keeping mental agility is better than the other way round, because if you don't know your own mind your body is pretty damned useless.

Sadly, the information from this charity was delayed and fundraising opportunities have been left to this last minute, do or die appeal. So I ask everyone to consider supporting this cause and giving me an incentive to drag myself around the streets of London (probably in the pouring rain). If you can think of anyone else who may like to support this cause please urgently forward this link. Thank you Thank you Thank you

So please dig deep and donate now.
