Last December my friend Thierry Besnier sadly passed away after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was possibly the most amiable man you could ever meet, always smiling and always good natured and positive. He is greatly missed by all who knew him and left behind a Wife and 2 teenage daughters.

I wanted to do something in memory of Thierry and also to help others who are living with and fighting this terrible disease. The St Davids Foundation not only helped Thierry and family but has helped and supported other friends through some incredibly tough times so it seemed the ideal choice when choosing who to run for.
