I have decided to run the half marathon to give me an aim to keep on improving my fitness levels, because this is going to be a big challenge to complete I wanted to earn money for a good cause at the same time.

My chosen charity, Dr Hadwen Trust for Humane Research, is aiming to put an end to animal testing, finding new and often better ways of developing cures and medicines.
