I was asked if I fancied doing something for Charity and I am always willing to help or give so I agreed... perhaps a little hastily on my part as I was then told I would be throwing myself willingly out of a perfectly good aeroplane in a tandem parachute jump!

The charity involved is Help for Heroes which is a fantastic charity as I am sure you will agree, as people put their own lives on the line for us, their colleagues and our country a truly brave thing to do, far more than me falling out of a plane.

So I therefore ask you to give generously, unfortunately there is no option available to double your donation if they dont give me a parachute!! 

The jump will be on the 28th of August 2011 (weather permitting).
