Once again I'm going to put my body through its paces for Cancer Research UK, but this time I promise to run 10k in less than 1 hour if you help me reach my target of £150.00.

 

For those of you who didn't visit my page last year, Cancer has directly affected my family, as it has many others, with my Granddad dying of lung cancer when I was young, and both my mam and nana successfully fighting breast cancer.

I'm just trying to give something back to help defeat this killer disease. I raised £130.00 (plus gift aid) last year, I would love to beat it this year!
