We did it!! All complete what was unbelievably tough ironman challenges, if not the toughest as the vets in Brian and John tell me. Im having a rest, However John continues to push himself and takes on further punishment in the name of the Wolves Foundation with Ironman Barcelona next weekend. Good Luck mate.
