Our very popular Summer Fun Day and event raffle is back! Help us raise much needed funds for cats in our care and maybe win one of our lovely hampers full of goodies.

To buy tickets please click 'Give now' to purchase. Tickets are £2.00 each and the raffle will be drawn at our Summer Fun Day at the National Cat Adoption Centre on Sunday July 17th 2022. Tickets can also be purchased at the event in person, prior to the draw of the raffle.
Please do not make your £2.00 donation anonymous when buying your raffle tickets otherwise we will not be able to contact you. Please leave your name and contact details. For any amounts made without contact details, we will assume this to be a donation to the charity.
Please note the hamper does contain alcohol so we will ask for identification to prove you are over 18 if you win one of those prizes.
Please also note that the hamper will need to be collected, so you need to be able to travel easily to the National Cat Adoption Centre in Chelwood Gate, nr Haywards Heath. RH17 7DE, if you do not collect your prize at our Summer Fun Day event.

Terms and conditions:
1. The draw will take place at the National Cat Adoption Centre on the 17th of July 2022 at the centre’s Summer Fun Day event. Please note this will not be done virtually. All funds raised will go to the National Cat Adoption Centre, Cats Protection. Registered Charity 203644 (England & Wales) SC037711 (Scotland).
2. Promoter: Dominic Sullivan, Cats Protection, National Cat Centre, Chelwood Gate, Haywards Heath, RH17 7TT
3. The raffle is registered under The Gambling Act 2005 with Wealden District Council, Shared Environmental Health Service, Rother District Council, Town Hall, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX.
4. This raffle is open to residents of mainland Great Britain only (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).
5. The cost of each ticket is £2.
6. Gift Aid cannot be claimed on the sale of raffle tickets and is in breach of HMRC regulations. Any ticket purchases with Gift Aid added will be cancelled and refunded.
7. Tickets are not to be sold to or by any person under the age of 16 years old. If you suspect someone may be under the age of 16, then you should request proof of age. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw when the whole payment is received.
9. Tickets are not to be sold on the street or door-to-door.
10. Any money received after the online raffle JustGiving page closes (on Friday July 15th 2022 at 3.30pm) including late entries will be treated as a donation to help fund the work of Cats Protection and will not be refundable or eligible for the draw.
11. Winners will be notified at the event. If winners are not attending the event to claim their prize they will be contacted via email or telephone within three weeks of the draw. Winners will also be published on our website and facebook page.
12. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. No responsibility is taken for raffle tickets and payment lost or delayed or tickets damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Please keep your ticket number as proof of purchase. If tickets are purchased via Just Giving then you must ensure you follow the instructions and tick the box to say we can view your email address. Any payments received where this box isn't ticked will be treated as general donations because we have no way of
contacting you. No responsibility is taken if raffle numbers are sent
using an email and not received.
14. Participants purchasing tickets using Just Giving subject to terms and conditions will receive emailed ticket numbers within 48 hours.
15. The deadline for entries on the Just Giving site is July 15th at 3.30pm. This is 48 hours prior to the draw date to allow time for the entry to be processed.
16. Cats Protection reserves the right to use the winner’s name and town for promotional purposes.
17. Donations made not in equal pounds will be rounded down to the nearest whole £1 when calculating the number of raffle ticket entries. Eg if you donate £2.80 you will only receive one entry into the draw with the remainder being treated as a donation.
18. Cats Protection respects, and is committed to protecting, your privacy. The personal information you provide will remain private and will only be used for the purposes of the raffle unless you give permission otherwise.
