Story
Since I've lost my husband, my world and my life has changed a lot. I had no aim in my life and many things lost their sense for me. But I have learned to cope with my situation and supporting young marginalised people and being part of a charity fills my heart with so much happiness.
When I heard of the British 10k run for SA-YES, I decided spontaneously to join. This decision caused positive changes in my life. Knowing that my run and search for supporters will have an impact on other peoples life, makes me so happy. I found a new aim and something that filled the gap in my life. Sharing this outlook on life and this attitude to giving and supporting those less fortunate than me, is so satisfying.
And as I´m a heavy smoker, taking an active part in the run, will help me to reduce my smoking as well.
Please help me by supporting my run and giving happiness to those people in our world who hadn’t the chance to grow up with love, in care and security.
Every little amount of support is highly appreciated. Make yourself happy, by making others happy. Thank you
