We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

I have decided to take part in the NightRider with my friend Laura Burke (www.justgiving.com/laura-burke1) to raise money for The Stroke Association.

We will be cycling 100km starting at Crystal Palace Park at 12:20am on 9th June and be ending up there some 7ish hours later !

In my family both my Nan and my Grandad have suffered strokes, so I have seen first hand what can happen afterwards.

Laura has unfortunately lost her Grandad as a result of having 2 strokes.

The stroke association is an amazing charity supporting stroke sufferers and their families. This is going to be a massive challange and i appreciate your support! x
