On the 19th of September we will be attempting to complete the Great North Run in 100 Minutes. St Johns Ambulance have kindly given me a place and I have agreed to fundraise for them.

I have recently completed the London Marathon and was Lucky enough to raise well over £600 just on this site.

What your money can do:

Every £12 I raise could pay for a pocket face mask used for mouth to mouth resuscitation & every £150 could pay for a volunteer to be trained in the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
