To give you an indication of the impact that my fundraising will have I have included a shopping list below to show you what the money raised will mean to children in the region:

* A donation of £4 could enable the NSPCC to answer one call to ChildLine. Ensuring that, when a child plucks up the courage to ask someone for help, we are there to answer their call.

* A donation of £12 could enable the NSPCC to deliver the ChildLine Schools Service to one primary school child, and sensitively educate them on: the different forms of abuse, how to protect themselves and where they can go for help.

* A donation of £50 could fund one hour of one to one specialised therapeutic work with a child and their family in order to help rebuild the life of a child who has been the victim of abuse.
