Sunday 14th November I will doing the infamous Pen Y’ Fan yomp with the chaps over at @whodaresgyms. All money raised will go to The Dorset Children’s Foundation to help sick and disabled children. We will be on a mission to arrive at the summit by 1100 where we will have 2 minutes of silence to those who served and are currently serving in HM forces. 

All and any donations are greatly appreciated.
