Hi I'm Nate, thanks for checking out my fundraiser!

Several years ago both of my parents were diagnosed with different cancers within the same year, so i decided to start growing my hair out to donate for cancer wigs, since it's always been very thick and strong hair. My parents didn't need chemo or lose their hair but i kept growing it anyway and decided to eventually donate it to wigs for kids, with Little Princess Trust. It's hard enough being a kid with an illness, whatever it is, never mind losing your hair on top of that.

I was originally due to donate it around 2020 but with everything that happened, plans got delayed. Now that things are a little bit more settled, and with my hair even longer, it's time to get it cut finally. Better late than never? Plus I seem to have somehow agreed to getting it cut publicly at the next community even at Bonawe so for any locals out here donating, there's that too.

My goal is to raise £550 because that's the amount of money it takes LPT to give a child or young person a wig, from start to finish, cutting to fitting. This covers all of the costs of manufacture, delivery, and fitting/styling for the recipient of the wig. It's quite a lot more than I was anticipating, so please just feel free to give anything you can or even just share this page with family and friends.
