Hi everyone! As a relative newbie to cold dips, I'm decided to give myself additional pressure to keep up the dips as it gets much colder in Edinburgh and fundraise for Edinburgh Dog and Cat Home. The work of shelters like EDCH is so important to helping cats and dogs thrive and find loving homes and as the owner of a shelter cat, a cause really close to my heart. I've seen first hand the good work that shelters do to support the pets they take in and EDCH not only takes in pets but also runs a pet food bank service to help owners with providing food and other accessories to owners struggling with the costs of pet ownership.

The temperatures are dropping in Edinburgh and this is going to be a hard time to keep up the habit of going into the North Sea on a regular basis so I'm looking forward to the additional incentive to go in 5 times over two weeks for a good cause.
