We are a youth-driven organisation supporting a global movement of young people to take action. We exist to ignite youth-led action to create solutions to the world’s most urgent problems. We support young people by connecting them with the skills, networks, platforms and experiences to lead change.

Story

In September, I will be travelling to India to take part in Raleigh International Citizen Service (ICS) as a Team Leader. As part of this voluntary experience I am aiming to fundraise £800.00 for the community and the young people I will be working with. I have chosen this challenge as it raises awareness of the poverty both at home and abroad that affects so much of the worlds population. The ICS programme is a unique opportunity for people to make a difference through working with communities in developing countries and in the UK. Funded by the Department for International Development (DFID) and run by some of the most respected names in international volunteering, it is one of the UK's leading global volunteering programmes for young people.
