Jovi and I have decided to dedicate our January and volunteer in the school in Accra with future stars.

Tema in Ghana is a busy, bustling expanding town and is home to some 400 primary schools.
The children who attend the “Future Stars” schools come from some of the poorest communities and previously had no access to PE, or any sports at school. Sport delivered by full time qualified coaches gives the children motivation to attend school, as well as a break from the working day. Currently, 2500 children attend each week, with the coaches running additional after-school Development Academies for children showing particular promise in football and netball.
The charity is working to assist in the refurbishment of the schools as a priority, as there are no funds for general maintenance and facilities in all the schools are limited.
Lomé in Togo is home to “Future Stars” Agoe, which offers top class coaching and runs football and netball teams across eight age groups in Lome.
I, Natasha Lunniss, have enrolled in the future stars programme for 3 weeks in January. I will be running, cycling, trekking a total of 200 miles until my departure.
I would be more than grateful for any donation in order to help me, make a difference.

Hello, my name is Jovi. I am a 17 year old girl who wants to make a difference... I have decided to volunteer for the “Future Stars Charity” in Ghana, West Africa.
The “Future Leaders School” offers an education to some of the poorest children in Accra, Ghana; that without the help of this charity, wouldn’t be able to obtain an education.

The things we are given in the UK as a human right.
My aim is to raise £1500 to sponsor me to take part in the volunteering programme for 3 weeks in January 2022.
Some of these children have no choice to walk 3 miles a day to get to school, so in light of their commitment, I want to “Walk In Their Shoes”.

I am challenging myself to walk 3 miles a day, 5 days a week until I go.
I would be so appreciative to any donation, enabling me to achieve my sponsorship target, helping me to help these little stars to create a future, that we have the privilege to take for granted.
