We are also developing written information to support patients based on the best available evidence. We have increased our research and communication efforts to provide dedicated daily updates to keep the radiotherapy community informed of COVID-19 news relevant to them. We disseminate this via our Daily News e-newsletter to several thousand inboxes, our social media channels and website. We are taking rapid action to lobby Government, urging them to prioritise the supply of Personal Protective Equipment for radiotherapy professionals and to remove the restrictions on advanced radiotherapy that can be delivered in fewer hospital visits
