As some of you are aware I lost my close friend Pat Ivory in 2014 to cancer.
As we have mentioned this year Trifits-u are going to participate in
raising money for two Charities,Stroke Association and Saint Raphael's
Hospice Sutton.
My main charity event will be The London Virgin Triathlon in which Trifits-u will be participating to raise money for both of the charities.
Trifits-u will also be participating in other events to raise money for these charities we look forward to some of you participating with us.
