Have been working in Africa many years ago and having seen really poor people, I appreciate the work of CAFOD. One of my reason I have started to be a runner, is to take the advantage to help to get a better world.

Why not come along to the CAFOD Salford's annual fundraiser event at the beautiful grounds of Heaton Park, Prestwich, Manchester on Sunday, the 25th April 2010 at 1 pm. The target for 2010 is to raise £4,000 for a health clinic.
