Myself and Jazmin (and our cousin Yazmine) will be taking part in the memory walk in memory of our late nan / great nan. We will either be doing the 1.5km or 6km walk depending on which Jazmin is allowed to do.

we lost our nan/ great nan last year in march to dementia, who many of you know lived with us for 3 years as we as a family cared for our nan/mum, as she was bed bound with dementia.

This cause is very close to our hearts and if us taking part in this great cause can help others with the illness and their families then we aim to raise as much as we can for this cause.

So this memory walk we are doing we are doing in memory of our nan/great nan and to make her proud as we know if she was still here and anyone in the family was suffering she would have done the same.
