So I am going to run the Dereham 10 mile on 15th May.

Dereham is a small Market Town in Norfolk for those who don't know, so the event is quite small - around 350 people entering it. I feel there is potential for me to come last...

I have not done as much training as I should have so I doubt I will complete it in a good time; I just want to finish it! I will probably end up looking like I do in the picture.
