Hi!

I am joining some of the team at Griffin Law Limited to run/climb/wade and swim through a muddy combat assualt course in aid of this fantastic charity.

For those that know me, know that I am not at all sporty and this will be (even with it being 2.5k) a challenge for me to complete with my lungs intact.

Care after Combat is a UK based charity that provides support to those who suffer the after effecsts of going to war.  They provide professional assistance to the brave men and women who put their lives on the line for our freedom.

In return, the least we can all do is support Care after Combat in helping veterans adjust to civilian life.
