Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We have decided to do the Great North Run on 19th September, raising funds for MND Association.

We didnt really know anything about Motor Neurone disease until a member of our family was diagnosed.  Its a terrifying disease which causes muscle wastage eventually resulting in loss of mobility in limbs and problems with speech, breathing and swallowing.

There is no cure for MND but the MND Association are working really hard to help people with MND secure the care and support they need, while promoting research into causes, treatments and a cure.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
