Last year I ran the Great South Run for Epilepsy Research UK to support a charity that meant a lot the friend I ran with and I raised a fantastic amount of money and had a great day!

This year I am running again (mad I know!) but this time it is for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of a wonderful family member we very sadly lost earlier this year. Macmillan is an amazing charity that helps so many people suffering due to the effects of cancer. Anything you can give will help a wonderful cause and I will be very very grateful.

I plan to beat my time last year of 01:56:06, so please support me!!
