I am attempting my first ever marathon in London this year and would be really grateful for any donation you feel you can make towards my chosen charity Help the Hospices. Our family has been affected 3 times in the last few years by cancer. It is a most cruel and unforgiving illness, hurting people and their families in such a devestating way. I chose this charity because so much wonderful work is carried out by selfless people who give their time to care for those that cannot beat the illness. Hospice carers bring dignity and choice to people at the end of their lives. Raising money for Help the Hospices motivates me during the sometimes painful long runs and I am grateful for any donation. Thank you.
