Refugees At Home was started by a group of volunteers who wanted to help some of the many asylum seekers and refugees who found themselves destitute and unable to find shelter or accommodation. Since we started in early 2016, we have made more than 400 placements with hosts who have a spare room and a kind heart. This actually translates into nearly 17,000 nights not spent on the street or riding the night busses.
