I have the privilege of working for Kairos Arts, A registered Jersey charity.

Kairos Arts is  extraodinary community of creatives and therapists who create and facilitate therapeutic creative workshops using their unique expertise. By providing a safe place, the people who participate in their workshops are able to express their feelings, hopes, joys and fears. For people affected by domestic abuse, living with dementia or experiencing mental health challenges these workshops can be a turning point, a moment of empowerment and an important part of their healing.

Every pound raised will be used to provide these precious opportunities, free of charge, to bring about change and hope.

How do I hope to raise this money? Well I am going to climb stairs, steps and anything I can find to build up the 'steps' to climb Snowdon. This is just a little mountain, however I am hoping throughout the year to climb increasingly bigger mountains and see how far I can climb!
