Story
We are taking on Challenge 33 to raise money to support Centre 33's vital work with young people.
Me, Carlos and Monica have all picked from the list of the 33 challenges. Carlos will be swimming 33 lengths of the local pool, Monica will be baking 33 cupcakes to sell to family and friends, I will be walking 33,000 steps in one day and me and Monica are writing a poem using just 33 words. Please sponsor us or make a donation.
All money raised will go to supporting Centre 33's vital work with young people. Centre 33 supports young people up to the age of 25 across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. Each year they work directly with over 2,500 young people and reach many more. They work with young people who are dealing with mental health difficulties, facing problems at home or in their relationships, managing complex caring needs, are homeless, struggling to find work or seeking advice and support.Young people can talk to Centre 33 about anything - mental health, housing, homelessness, employment, education, finances, sexual health, caring responsibilities and much more. They may have complex needs and may not know what they need to talk to us about, whatever it is they will help them to work it out and then do all they can to support them holistically with their practical issues and emotional needs.
