Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page!

I have finally bit the bullet and have decided to put my fears (spiders and all) aside and travel to Ghana for 4 weeks this summer to volunteer in a rural village, desperately in need of clean drinking water, education for children and sanitation. Whilst I am there I hope to get involved with all aspects of the community, from construction projects to spending time at the local school. 

However, to do this I need to raise £850, all of which will go directly to the charity (Village by Village) and in addition to selling half of my wardrobe on ebay, if anyone can spare me a few pennies or pounds it will be greatly appreciated and you will no doubt be showered in cakes or something when I next see you! And don't worry, I have already saved up for my flights etc, so any money you give really will be going directly to the charity.

Village by Village really is a worthy cause and I am actually looking forward to giving up make-up and nail varnish in order to live in a mud hut for a month, so pleeeaase pleease donate anything you can :)
