This year I will be taking part in the Baker 10K run in Aberdeen on the 20th of May. This is to raise money for Alzheimer Scotland - Action on Dementia in memory of my Grandad who sadly passed away on December 2011.

I need to raise a minimum of £120 so any contribution no matter how big or small would be greatly appreciated.
