We work every day collecting blood from donors in the Manchester area, we are the front line team that take the blood ready to be processed and sent to hospitals. Our donors come to us for many reasons....some 'just because it was something they've always wanted to do' or because cancer has touched their family or friends or because they know someone who is still with us because of a life saving transfusion. We have staff who also work at The Christie Hospital, platelets and blood are needed by patients and we feel this is a charity close to our hearts.
