I'm doing the Capital to Coast Charity Cycle in few weeks and I'd like to raise as much money as possible for Norwood. Every day Norwood supports thousands of people with learning disabilities and children and families in need, helping them change their lives.

Cycling 60 miles is bloody hard work so please dig deep and give as much as you can..all donations are welcome and every penny will go to help Norwood continue its fantastic work.
