Thanks for taking the time to visit my Marathon Band JustGiving page.

Yes you heard right... I am doing the 2014 London Marathon for the amazing charity Sense.

But the aim is to complete it in a slightly unusual manner. As part of the Huddersfield Marathon Band we will be MARCHING the marathon... playing music every step of the 26.2 miles and hopefully breaking the world record as the fastest band ever to complete a marathon.

Mad i hear you say? Totally!

I will be carrying/playing a drum for the entire course which means I will probably have to beat the drum around 60,000 times during the marathon course (come on - if that isnt worth sponsoring I dont know what is??).
