Story
At last after 2 years of disruption from COVID we can continue on our journey.
After our last adventure at Ewood Park in 2019 we have a new challenge - this will be to visit all the 92 English League Clubs during the 2022/23 Football Season - to add a little bit of "quirkiness" to the occasion we will be getting a photo with a trusty mower at each ground to carry on with our mower related theme.
I am looking to raise £9200 which is the equivalent to £100 per Football Club and I would be very pleased if you could just take a little time and donate just £1 as every £1 counts.
The reason why I am doing this is that my Dad sadly passed away on the 1st Jan 2018 after suffering from Alzheimer's for about 13 years - since the start of 2017 as a family we have raised nearly £15k for The Alzheimer's Society to help them support people with Alzheimer's as well as to try and find a cure from this cruel disease.
Football fans around the World are passionate, fun loving, generous but competitive - I would like to ask fans from all Clubs to donate and leave a message of support along with the team you support - it would be fantastic to see a wide and diverse range of Teams - even from across the World.
I would also appreciate you sharing what we are doing across your Social Media as this would help raise awareness for Dementia and the Alzheimer's Society
Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
