Story
Our fathers, partners, brothers and friends are facing a health crisis, yet it’s rarely talked about. Men are dying too young. We can’t afford to stay silent. Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men’s health.
Prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention – Movember is taking them all on. Since 2003, they have funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, and shaking up men’s health research.
In support of Movember’s goals to cut the premature deaths of young men by 25% by the end of this decade, I will be running 300km in the month of November (10km a day)
You can track my progress on Strava or check this page for daily updates on how the challenge is progressing and who has decided to undertake their own challenges alongside me.
Through your donation and sharing this page we will be one step closer to saving another young man’s life.
Thanks,
Bryn
Postscript: I’m running 300k to compensate for not being able to grow a decent moustache. Just so that’s out there.
