Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.

In just under two weeks we are trekking up Snowdon. This is a long time dream of mine so very exciting but I am also doing this to raise vital funds for Alzheimer's Society.

I see people on a daily basis who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's and Dementia it is such a horrible illness, which there is currently no cure for. Alzheimer's Society are working hard on a cure for this disease and the money that is donated to them goes towards finding a cure, supporting those with the diagnosis and also to educate friends and family on what to expect from a relative who has been given this diagnosis.
