We deliver vital mental health services to children in schools across the UK

Story

This August Bank Holiday weekend will see a group of 21 Prep Heads  meet in Pembrokeshire, for the challenge of a lifetime. They will hike, bike and canoe from sunrise until sunset, all to raise vital funds for Place2Be - the UK's leading children’s mental health charity.

The Challenge - August 24th 2019
The Heads Up team will be staying in an eco-lodge at Preseli Venture, an Outdoor Adventure Centre in Mathry, Pembrokeshire, before they embark on their hike, canoe and bike ride.

Place2Be
Place2Be is a charity with a mission to improve the mental wellbeing and prospects of children, their families and school communities across the UK.

1 in 8 children has a mental health problem. This impacts their ability to learn, make friends and just get through the day.
Children should not have to face mental health problems alone. Place2Be’s vision is for all children to have the vital support they need to help them build life-long coping skills and to thrive.

The challenge has been generously sponsored by Featherstone
Partners (http://featherstonepartners.co.uk/schoolfeeplanning/),
an investment management firm that offers tax-efficient school fee planning advice.
