Fundraising for Genesis Womens Shelter & Support
Story
This holiday season, our team is raising funds for the local DFW non-profit organization, Genesis Women's Shelter. Genesis’ mission is to provide safety, shelter and support for women who have experienced domestic violence, and to raise awareness regarding its cause, prevalence and impact. We would love for individuals from our local referral companies to join us in our 1st annual Gingerbread Decorating Contest hosted by the Mortgage Mark Team in collaboration with Amanda Jackson (Frost Financial Advising and Management), Lydia Bordo (Goosehead Insurance), and Isaac Tauaefa (MBL Title).
We are so grateful for any contribution being made to Genesis, but ask if you would like to participate, that you please donate a minimum of $25 per gingerbread house that your office would like to decorate! All proceeds go directly to our fundraising page to benefit Genesis.
Let us know how many houses your office would like to decorate and we will drop them off on Friday, December 10th. Take home your gingerbread house and fill your weekend with fun as you decorate with friends and family! All photos of gingerbread houses submissions must be uploaded and tagged by Friday, December 24th.
Our in-house judges will review and select the top three houses on over the weekend (December 25th & 26th).
Our winners will be announced on our social media accounts on Monday, December 27th.
