This year Monmouth Rowing Club is supporting SARA, our local water search and rescue charity. Thoughout the year we will be raising money for these amazing volunteers, unpaid professionals who give up their time to help other people
Story
SARA is an all-volunteer search and rescue charity, which is called out by the Police, Coastguard or Fire Services well over 100 times every year - 2 or 3 times per week on average. They depend on fundraising to operate their professional standard rescue service, and Monmouth Rowing Club is delighted to have chosen them as their supported charity for the year.
