Story
I have decided to take on another challenge and do the UltraChallenge - London Half Marathon Walk in June to help raise money and awareness for Clic Sargent! This charity helped and supported my sister-in-law Jordan, who we sadly lost in February 2019 to cancer. Jordan was someone who was truly inspirational and will continue to be. I will always be in awe of her strength and courage and J will be missed dearly. Clic Sargent helped J through the toughest of times and gave us amazing memories that we shall cherish forever.
CLIC Sargent is the UK's leading cancer charity for children, young people and their families. CLIC Sargent supports people from diagnosis onwards and aims to help the whole family deal with the impact of cancer and its treatment, life after treatment and in some cases, bereavement. They provide grants and free accommodation close to hospitals and their care teams are on hand to help families 24/7. Clic Sargent are 100% voluntary funded.
I wanted to do this challenge to give back to the charities that were and are doing amazing work and supported J.
