Ten Foundations is QUB RAG's (Raise and Give) international charity this year!

Ten Foundations  supports poor and vulnerable children, women and their families in the Philippines. Their livelihood programme helps to get women out of impoverished situations by training them how to use sewing machines and make various types of bags, which are then sold on their behalf in their Lisburn Road shop! 

30 members of QUB RAG will be going out to the Philippines in both May and September to work in the areas of education, medicine, sustainable architecture & engineering, social enterprise and sustainable development. This will include teaching English, building with eco-blocks and partnering with local medical professionals to help identify malnourished children so that we can make sure they are getting the nutrition they need.
