Machu Picchu Trek, 24 August 2015
We start new cancer cures worldwide to ensure no life is cut short by cancer

Story

In August 2015 me and my friend Ruby will be setting out on a 6 day trek starting in the town of Cusco, Peru. We will be making our way through steep and high mountain passes and humid jungle trails in order to reach the ruins of Machu Picchu.

The purpose of this trip is to raise both money and awareness for the incredible charity Worldwide Cancer Research. The charity aims to fund the research projects that they believe can make a difference to the fight against cancer, anywhere in the world.

Cancer is a disease that affects many people and Cancer Research is a charity close to my heart:  a few years ago my Nan was diagnosed with cancer and underwent treatment from which she recovered.  Over the last two years my Grandad has undergone surgical procedures and chemotherapy sessions at Walsall Manor Hospital.

I am hoping to raise £2990 for this worthwhile cause so would be extremely grateful for any donations I receive.

Lots of love, Molly xxxx
