Story

Those of you who know me will appreciate my love for a challenge. Slightly inhibited by a knee injury, this years challenge needed to eliminate the legs where possible, so what better than a 5.25mile swim across the beautiful lakes of Coniston waters. I haven't really swum since the school days of swimming galas and fish and chips...I am by no means a swimmer, which makes this even more challenging.

Come on, please dig deep and give what you can. You can rest assured that I am working hard for this...so far the swimming journey has brought lung busting workouts, feet in my face and blood poisoning! I really am committed to the cause.
