On
Thursday 4 July 2019, Allah SWT blessed us with a beautiful baby daughter
SURAIYA KAZI MIAH Alhamdulillah.

Our
daughter was born with a congenital heart defect (Hypoplastic Left Heart
Syndrome) and has had numerous procedures and visits to Evelina Children’s
Hospital where she has received an absolutely fantastic level of care.

To show
our gratitude and in the hope of helping others, we are keen to raise some funds
for the Cardiology department at Evelina.

The
Cardiology Kids was created by a collaboration between Caroline May (Mum to
Arthur, a myocarditis survivor), Dr Aaron Bell (Head of Service for Paediatric
Cardiology) and the Evelina Fundraising Team.

The money
raised by The Cardiology Kids goes straight into the 'Children's Heart Fund' at
the Evelina and it is ring-fenced specifically for Cardiology care priority
needs under the direction of Dr Bell.
