Change Mental Health wants to build a future where no one needs to face mental illness alone. We seek to change society by changing attitudes, fighting stigma and influencing government to ensure a better quality of life for those affected by mental illness.

Story

Iain Mitchell and Connor Heaney have decided to spend their new years day in the freezing cold waters of the River Forth, in order to raise money for Support in Mind Scotland, a charity which aims to improve the quality of life for anyone whose mental health problems or mental illness has a serious impact on their life and of the lives of others.

Highest donor can choose how we will be dressed during this ordeal! We were thinking of dressing in Lorna and Cara's clothes, or as WWF Wrestlers- but if anyone wants to cough up the big bucks to see us jump into the water dressed in an outfit of your choice, now's your chance!

Cheers!
