Story

Edo took his own life in October 1997 and we didn't realise until it was too late how much he was affected by depression. Since then I have become aware how many friends and their families have also been touched by this dreadful and isolating illness. Please help me to raise as much money as possible for CALM - Campaign Against Living Miserably - which specifically targets and helps young men such as Edo who are in danger of attempting suicide. Read more about their brilliant work here: https://www.thecalmzone.net/

Some of you know that I am the world's slowest runner (I was once overtaken by someone out for a WALK lol) but I am in training and hope to stun everyone on October 7th. You could even come and witness me staggering over the finish line if you like!!! - Finsbury Park, details here: http://mensrunninguk.co.uk/race/
