Hello all,

I have decided (somewhat last minute) to join Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year. 

I appreciate most of my friends regularly run far more spectacular distances - but I haven't really run since 5th form Cross Country. And the only pink I normally embrace is a nice glass of rose... so this could be really tough for me...

More importantly though, it'd be good to raise money to try and see off this horrible disease that affects so many people.
