I took part in the Missing People Cycle Challenge to help raise money for the only charity in the UK that provides a lifeline to the estimated 250,000 people who go missing or run away every year in the UK.

I cycled 500 miles with Jane, Scott, Phil, Nigel, Karen, Chrissy, Karen and Dave from Edinburgh to London over 5 days, supported by Tim and Richard.

It was an awesome ride with a wonderful team of riders. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who supported us and helped us complete the challenge.
