Yes the rumours really are true, the Jones' have officially traded in the wine glasses for trainers and trips to the local for lifting weights and running through muddy fields.

So why on earth have we signed up to run a 12 mile military obstacle course described as 'probably the toughest in the world'? We must be crazy right? Well frankly yes, and supported by a wonderful team of equally bonkers friends and colleagues we are taking on this massive challenge to raise money for MIND, the mental health charity.

There are lot of great charities out there, all worthy of your time & donations, so why this one? 1 in 4 of us will suffer a mental health issue in their lifetime. Many people are also surprised to hear that I (Hannah) have personally suffered through ill health for many years.

So not only are we raising funds but we also want to do our bit to raise awareness that mental health issues do not define you as a person, that exercise can be a brilliant way of helping to ease some mental health issues and to help to break down the stigma that is still wrongly associated with talking about mental health experiences even with our nearest and dearest.
