I have suffered with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension for the last 9 years. Symptoms range from severe headaches to migraines, neck pain, tinnitus, whooshing sounds in the ear, pins and needles and visual problems which can even lead to blindness.

Through this I have endured to date 24 lumbar punctures, several MRI scans, CT scans. Surgery to insert a ventricularperitoneal shunt, a shuntogramme to confirm a blocked shunt. Various medications which have a long list of side effects. I want to help raise awareness for this condition and help other people who also suffer too. This condition is not very well known.
